MANILA, Philippines - The government-created panel investigating the ferry tragedy more than a week ago has summoned representatives from Del Monte Philippines, Inc. to testify regarding the toxic chemical cargo on board the ill-fated ferry that capsized off central Sibuyan island in Romblon.
